1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. tkbaj will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension

tkbaj may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

3.3 Closing an Account

A user may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. An opportunity to withdraw any funds remaining in the account will be provided before closure, subject to applicable terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Process

4.3 Payment Matching

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applicable only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit plus bonus).

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per registration.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they convert to real funds after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

tkbaj has three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on the tkbaj platform:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• tkbaj is not liable for bets lost due to technical errors or connection issues.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, tkbaj reserves the right to investigate and withhold winnings.

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting market rules and conditions may vary by event. tkbaj reserves the right to reject any bet.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Disputes on Results

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to obtain bonus benefits.

• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
